Yet another request... 

Would like to create a new status option for orders "Drop Ship - awaiting tracking"(DS-Tracking) and possibly a little icon of a ups truck or something similiar so that when looking at "open" orders we could easily identify that the orders have been processed and are waiting on tracking info from vendor.

Would it be possible to setup SM so that we ( the users) can create additional "order status" codes?

for example - another "status" we have found would be helpful is "Special Order" or "Custom Order"; we have some products that are custom ordered, at the present time to help us visually see the order has been processed we place those orders in the "On-Hold" status.

Maybe a new tab in the "Custom Fields" for order status; only providing the ability to add custom order status while leaving the defaults / existing order status variables untouched. 

In the long run allowing people to add their own custom status variables might be easier as some people may have different needs from the "standards" and eliminate you from having to evaluate the need for a new code / program it into the system.
