When printing my invoice and order summary (which includes a tear-off sheet with a barcode for UPS), is there a way to have the print button print the invoice from the paper in tray 1 and the summary in tray 2? All of this without having to constantly be greeted with the printer select dialog where I have to choose my feed tray?

Unfortunately printing settings like that cannot be adjusted for each report.  We have looked into ways to do this in the past and run into roadblocks that would have required completely re-architecting our printing functionality.  This may be something we would consider in the future, but currently isn't possible.
