How Do you stop shipping conformation e-mails after downloading orders?

Supermanger.   How do I stop SM from "asking" (popups) to send out order "shipping" conformations after a download of new orders.  I get a pop up fore each order asking if I want to send an e-mail to the buyer to confirm shipping.  Please tell me how to turn this feature off.   

I normally send confirmations out only after shipping labels are printed with Endicia.

Please advise.....

Norman,

Go to "View", "Program Settings..." and switch to the "Automation" tab.  Then uncheck the option "Prompt to send out shipment updates".  See the picture attached to point out where to look.

Tried clicking off Shipping Conformation.  The  "shipping confirmation e-mail" still pops up after downloading "new" orders?   Any ideas on how to stop this?

Norman,

This sounds like one of two issues:
1. Make sure that under "View", "Store Settings" on the "Order Processing Automation" tab that "Order Confirmation Email" is set to "None".

2. Make sure that under "View", "Store Settings" on the "Shipping" tab that "Manual Order Shipped Email" is set to "None".
