PayPal orders upload incorrect shipping address info to SuperManager

During the holidays, we get alot of gift orders. When the customer pays with PayPal (no billing address info required) and the order is uploaded to SuperManager, SuperManager fills in the Billing Address information with the same info as the Shipping Address. 

This is a problem for two reasons: 1) The packing slips show the billing address to be the same as the shipping address - which causes confusion for the gift recipient; and 2) when we update the shipped order to Yahoo, it updates the incorrect billing address information to Yahoo as well -so when the shipping confirmation email gets sent from Yahoo to the customer - which includes shipping and billing address information - it appears we have billed the gift recipient for the order.

Please advise on how to correct this. Thanks!

Sorry this is causing problems for you.  Unfortunately, I'm afraid this issue stems from Yahoo's XML feed.  If you export such an order directly from Yahoo and look at the addresses it exports, I think you will find that it uses the same address for both billing and shipping even though when you look at the order details page in the Yahoo store manager it just reports "Not Available" as the billing address.

Is there a specific reason you have to update the order back to Yahoo?  Usually this is only required on rare occasions.
