Exporting manual orders into UPS

Hi!

So we're having a small issue with the UPS Worldship keyed import with supermanager. It won't import in manual orders through the import key field. We'll export the order through the export > Worldship but when I enter in the order number through the Enter Import Key field in worldship "Error Key (order number here) not found.

If you have any ideas I would really appreciate it, our shipping department has to enter in the manual order information by hand and it's caused too many errors with the shipments.

Is this something that changed recently or something that has never worked for you?

What do you have as your manual order suffix?  This is found under "View", "Program Settings...".  It could be that there is a limit on the length of the reference number or that certain characters such as "-" are not allowed or something.
