Error 10610

Hello,

When we are charging out orders, we have started to receive error 10610.  We are then prompted with the question "Do you want to charge this as a manual order?"  Either way, we lose the CC information, and need to contact the customer for payment information.

Can you please give me the whole error message you are getting?  I was unable to find an error 10610.  Perhaps with the entire error message I can find it.

In the meantime, one thing you could try is to go to "Help", "Restart Browser" before requesting SuperManager to charge the order and see if the error still occurs.

Is this occurring for all orders or just one or a select few?

Also - please make sure you are up to date with the latest version by going to "Help", "Check for Updates" and choosing "Ok" to update to version 1.6.0.0.

It happens when any change plus or minus is made to a PP order

Jeremy,

SuperManager is just passing this error code from Yahoo.  Please try charging this order in Yahoo by going to the order page, entering the amount and clicking the "Sale" button.  Let me know what happens.

Does not allow us to capture payment still.

Looks like this is an issue on yahoo/pp end, not you guys.
