Hi,

Our User had a conference call with Dazzle today.   Dazzle (who has a copy of our output Dazzle XML file), would also like a copy of the XML file they send back to us.

I'm  this should be easy to do, but I'd appreciate it if you could quickly shoot me a "how to".     Right now, I believe I go into Supermanager>>View>>Program Settings>>XML Exchange      Select: Dazzle, and that you provide the file name that I search for.   Is that correct?   

Does the system retain the imported file (or does that require us to change a setting)?

Another update - that I felt I should share in case anyone has a similar issue and finds this thread.

Our Tech Contact from Dazzle changed one of our settings within the Dial-A-Zip function yesterday and we are no longer having this error.   I'll see if I can get specifics to "edit" onto this specific post.
