Packing slips suddenly not printing correctly!

Starting this morning we are having an issue with packing slips. When we print to Adobe PDF (the format we use to send to drop-shippers...and to modifiy info) the packing slip that "prints" is NOT the packing slip for the selected order!

I have tried deleting and re-downloading the orders from Yahoo...re-booting SM...rebooting the entire computer...nothing seems to hel0p.

What would cause this?

Michele,

This sounds like a problem with your report template and/or your template settings in your store settings.  I tried to call you to work through this and left a message.  We'll probably have to work through this online.

Thank you for the phone call David!  Yes, the problem is exactly what you said. Somehow our packing_slip template had been overwritten with a Purchase Order with static information.

I just recreated the packing_slip template and voila. No more issue!  I can't even begin to understand how THAT could have happened...someone not paying attention to what they were doing I guess!
