Michele,

That's right.  This behavior is by Yahoo's design.  They are going for greater PCI compliance by having their secure server house the credit card info and have you just tell them what you need them to do with it.  Obviously this security does create some limitations on what you can do, but for most situations you still have the ability to do what you need to do.  SuperManager can charge pre-authorized orders without the credit card number.  It can also create one or more authorizations, credit and void transactions all without the card number.  There may be some time limits Yahoo imposes on how long this is available after an order is placed.

If you absolutely need the full credit card information, SuperManager can still do that for you by selecting the order(s) to do this for, right clicking and choosing "Get Store Manager Order Status".
