We have started getting constant SM crashes in trying to process every order and are unable to resolve, using version 1.9.0.0 "Supermanager processor has stopped working"... any ideas to resolve as we've never had this and the program resides on Win 8 machine that doesn't get used for anything other than shipping so no new software gets installed on it...

These issues have been addressed in version 1.9.3.0.  Please update to the new version and it should go away.
