Cannot charge orders or export tracking to store

yesterday I could not get tracking to upload to the Yahoo store orders.  This morning I checked and installed the update.  Now when trying to charge an order it says "You have not yet filled in your PayPal login, password and/or API signature.  Please entger these in your account seettings and execute the transaction again.  It is crunch time to charge and ship for today and I am stuck!  lindag@earplugstore.com
