I am having a small problem when trying to "get batches".

For whatever reason, one of our cards were run with an expiration date of 00/0000  and while the system processed the card without a problem, SM will not import that batch(or any other batches)because of the date.

Is there a way around this?

Hey Eric,
We will look into making an adjustment to our import function to overlook this problem with the batches file.

In the mean time you could actually save the batch file to your computer, modify the date to something reasonable and then manually import the batches into the SuperManager using the file->import function.  It's pretty easy to do this.. just follow the instructions in our FAQ.
