I am wondering if we can charge twice to the same order. There are reasons when one needs to do it such as upgrade of shipping method once first charge has been made. Or adding new item or upgrade of options.

Hello Ahsan,
If you need to charge some additional funds on a particular order just double click on the order in the order list to open the order details dialog.

At the bottom left you will find the "Sale" and "Credit" buttons.  You can click these to make additional charges and credits.  All additional sales will be posted automatically by the SuperManager through the manual transaction section in your Yahoo! store manager.
