I noticed that any e-mail we send to customer or to our supplier, does not contain any Sender Name. I am just wondering where I can set this important information.

Hey Ahsan,

Just open the Store Settings and click on the "Store Profile".  Whatever you enter for the Company Name and Contact will show up in the sent by field.

You can send a test email to yourself after you enter a company name to check it and get the name formatted how you want it.
