I am getting the above error message today when I try to print packing slips.  This feature has been working great until now.  Any thoughts?

Here is one thing to try:

1. Double click on 'My Computer' on your desktop.
2. Next to "Address" it should say "My Computer".  Erase this and type "%Temp%\SuperManager" (without quotes).
3. This should bring you to a folder with such files as "orders.xml" and "invoices.html"
4. If there is an "invoices.html" delete it and try exporting again.

Let me know how this turns out.

I actually closed down SM and started it up again and it "repaired" whatever the problem was...
