I am in trial period of SM Lite and noticed that when I "get new order" the shipping status doesn't seem to come across and I have to Update From Yahoo in order for it to show as shipped.  Is it possible to pull this information directly without having to go through a second step?

Unfortunately the Yahoo xml export that SuperManager uses to get the order information does not contain the information about the shipments.  We have developed a special process to allow this transfer of data to occur when you choose "Get Yahoo Order Status" from the menu that pops up when you right click on the order list.  This process is a bit time consuming and we have therefore not grouped it together with the order download function.

The thing that would encourage this being able to work in this manner is to tell your yahoo correspondant that you would like to see them add the shipment information to the xml format.  If they were to do that we could integrate it with the order download as you desire.
