If you are having problems trying to download orders or print invoices in Vista and Windows 7 then you may need to adjust a couple of environment settings.
Disable Internet Explorer's Protected Mode1. Close down all instances of IE including the SuperManager.
2. Open IE and then go to the Internet Options/Security
3. There is a new setting in there that doesn't show up in Internet Explorer when using Windows XP. Uncheck the "Enable Protect Mode" setting in the the "Security" tab main window.

4. You may need to restart IE for changes to take effect.
5. Restart the SuperManager and try to download orders again.
Enable Mixed Content in Internet Explorer's Security Settings1. Close down all instances of IE including the SuperManager.
2. Open IE and then go to the Internet Options/Security
3. Press the "Custom Level..." button
4. Scroll down the list of settings until you find "Display mixed content" and sent it to "Enable"

5. You may need to restart IE for changes to take effect.
6. Restart the SuperManager and try to download orders again.
