Error with Tracking Update

I'm trying to use the option to send to Yahoo Shipment Updates  so that it will then email the customer through Yahoo. I'm getting an email about an error:

From: throw-away@store.yahoo.com

Subject: Error from tracking-update

"An error occured while parsing your message:

the message did not contain <?xml ...>

The body of your message follows below"

There is more of the message not sure if it secure info to post.

Any help with this.

Please send the full email contents to info@thesupermanager.com and we will look at the emails that are being sent.

Also, please make sure you have used the exact shipment update password from your store manager.

Can you please forward one of these emails to me at info@thesupermanager.com so I can see the exact error message and XML stream that SuperManager sent to Yahoo?

I did see a thread on this already, and posted to it, but have not gotten a response. Support just advised the previous poster to email them the error and they would take a look at it. Was there a resolution? I'm getting the following email:

Thanks for sending the full email.  I merged this back into the original post.  Are you by any chance using the "Default mail client" option for sending emails?  If so, unfortunately this option is not compatible with sending tracking updates to Yahoo.  You will have to instead have SuperManager send emails through your SMTP server.

Thank you. I was using the "Default mail client" option. I unclicked that, then changed the Port and Security to match my gmail settings that I have in Outlook under the More Settings, on the Advanced tab - Outgoing Server (SMTP). It appears this resolved the issue
