SM Crashes when Blank Email is choosen from Order Details : Fixed - 1.1.9.7

I have been having SM consistently crash on me when I click the email button and choose blank (and sometimes other) email templates.  I get the SuperManager crashed for unknown reason error message.  The problem does not seem to exist if I attempt to send email from the order list, only from the order details window.

We actually recently found and fixed this bug.  It will be released as a part of 1.1.9.7 tonight or tomorrow.  Thanks for reporting it to us, though.
