Is there a variable that will output the contents of the notes to customer field? I would occasionally like to add a personal note to the bottom of the default packing slip that is not handwritten.

Also are there boolean (true/false) fields for gift message and customer comments as well as gift wrap? If so, could I insert an HTML code at the bottom of my packing slip that would deliver a page break and additional text only if either gift wrap, gift message or customer comment = true?

Charlotte,

Yes - order_merchant_comments will export the comments you make on the "To Customer" tab of the right side of the order details page.  order_notes will export the notes you make on the left side of the order details page.

There is a order_gift_boolean variable for exporting true/false of whether gift wrap is requested.

order_gift_message exports a gift message and order_comments exports any comments from the customer.
