can't find new orders

For one of our stores, it always says "No new orders" when you click "get new orders," but when you use the "get orders" feature and type in the order numbers, they download just fine. Our other two stores recognize and download orders as usual. I don't understand what's going on here! It's obviously not a huge problem, I'm just thinking there's probably an easy way to fix it that I'm missing.

It's sent. Also, I tried typing in one order number to "last," and it only downloaded the one I specifically asked for. For example, if you have new orders 123, 124, and 125, typing in "123" to "last" will only download 123, but "123" to "125" will get all three. Hope that helps!

It seems that order 22043 - probably accidentally - had its order id changed to 220439.  When SuperManager looks for wether there are new orders it does so by finding the last order id in your file.  With this one's order id changed it thought it had all the way up to 220439 and therefore reported that there were no new orders.  To fix it, just go to "Actions" | "Functions by order id" | "Select Orders" and enter 220439 in the order id box.  Then open the order and change its id back to 22043 and it should start working for you again.
