I'm getting an error whenever I try to download orders etc from Yahoo. It says, "Unable to initialize XML Library".  This started happening today after I did a little preventative maintenace on my machine by upgrading my Norton 360 and updating Windows and MS Office. I don't know which one killed it.

Can you please help? I'm really, really stuck. Thanks.

(One more thing, I did see the previous post about this error from last year and I tried to download that file from Microsoft but they were asking for a password so I'm still stuck)

Teri,

Just to make sure is this the post you looked at:

Because when I click the link in this post it takes you direct to a microsoft download page and it does not ask me for a password.

Thanks,
David

Yay! It worked. When I thought they were asking for a suuser name and password, they were actually asking me to choose my own Customer Name and Company. That'll teach me to slow down and read directions. I was able to download my orders with no problem. Thanks for your help!
