Can't "Get Batches" in Admin View

Hey guys,

Here's a new one:  it seems that, during a Manual Transactions process, we inadvertently typed a dash instead of a slash to separate month and year in the expiration date field (i.e., "02-2010" instead of "02/2010"). Strangely enough, the Yahoo system accepted this entry. However, SM apparently doesn't and I keep getting an error each time I attempt to "Get Batches" from Admin View.

Mike,

I can see how this could happen.  To workaround this you will need to download the batches manually, modify this entry and import the batch file.  I beleive after this batch is imported you will be able to automatically import batches again.  The process for manually downloading your batches is described here:

You will need to fix this error in a text editor between steps 4 and 5.

Please report back on whether you are able to automatically import batches again after correcting this problem.
