Unable to Open Orders for importing

Hello,
I have set up The Super Manager recently and when I press "Get New Orders" I am getting the error message: "Unable to open orders for importing. The problem is most often caused by a firewall." 

I am using AVG 8.0 free anti virus without the firewall.  The only firewall I have is Windows XP version.  I have granted the Super Manager access, but I am still receiving this error. 

I have also deleted the yahoo! toolbar from my browser. 

The message take a few seconds to appear.  The dialog box on the bottom left says logging into yahoo then downloading orders 465-654.  Then the error message appears.

Any suggestions?

Ben,

Sometimes virus scanners can interfere with things like this as well.  Can you try temporarily disabling the virus scanner and attempt to download the orders with it turned off just to see if this is causing the problem?

I found the problem.  There was a space before my Yahoo store ID when I cut and pasted it.  I removed the space an all is well.
