my pc died and i reinstalled sm lite with my old data file.  Now it won't connect to quickbooks.  When i do an xml export to qb...its says error connecting to quickbooks.

I looked around the board but did not see how to fix

Please make sure you have both required runtimes installed.  There are links provided in the user manual:

Most often this occurs if one (or both) runtimes are not installed.  Please note that if you try to install one and it gives a menu offering to let you Modify, Remove or Repair the application it means that runtime is already installed.  Just click cancel and try the other one.
