I have been trying to export an order that was missed and have gotten an error message

Exported 0 orders to QuickBooks.
Order 3708: Unable to add customer 'Village Camelback Attention: Kim Burch' - Unknown error while adding customer to QuickBooks

I have updated SM and am using QB Pro 2008.  I have restarted SM and tried it to no avail.

Carole,

I believe the problem is that QuickBooks does not allow colons in the customer name.  I think if you remove the colon (change it to a dash, for example) it should work.
