When setting up quickbooks for the first time what accounts are needed?

Does anyone have a typical setup of accounts that will allow supermanager data to enter into quickbooks.
I know everyone has thier own way of doing this, I just need a common method that works well.

I have help available for quickbooks, but this person knows accounting but would not be a big help on software connection between SM and quickbooks.   When doing setup in quickbooks what would be the prep needed for the interface with supermanager.
