We do not use Fedex shipping estimates.
We have to manually estimate shipping Charges and then email the customer an updated Quickbooks sales order with shipping charges applied.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can use Super Manger for this task.
Thanks
Joel

Joel,

You could use SuperManager to print a sale receipt instead of sending it to QuickBooks.

You can edit the shipping price manually by double clicking on the order to bring it up in the order details screen, then double click on the shipping total at the bottom center of the details window and put in a new amount.

You can also setup SuperManager to set the shipping charges based on the actual shipping amount.  When you have this option set SuperManager will change the shipping amount to the shipping charges when you import tracking numbers and shipping charges from Dazzle or WorldShip XML or from a text file import from FedEx or other shipping software.  Turn this setting on under "View" | "Store Settings..." on the stores tab.  This setting is only available in the beta version currently, which you can install by choosing "Help" | "Check for Updates" and choosing "Yes" when asked if you want to install the BETA release.

Once you have the shipping total correct in the order, right click on it and choose "Print Report" and choose one the the reports you have set up.  If you don't have any set up you can read in the user's manual about how to set them up.

Thanks,
David
