Shipping is not showing up : Fixed - version 1.4.0.3

Hi David,

I downloaded newest version (1.4.0.0) of SM yesterday. For Amazon, I noticed that none of the orders have any shipping . Shipping head just shows 0.00.

Your help needed urgently.

Ahsan,

Had you used the Amazon import in previous versions?  Can you please send me a sample order report?  We have noticed that for some reason the headings for the columns of data varies from store to store for Amazon.  We have tried to make sure we support all the variations, but your store may have some difference that we don't have covered.  Please go to Sellar Central and find the link "Order Reports".  Send a report for at least one order to me via email so I can check it out.

We have issued beta 1.4.0.3, which resolves this issue.  Please update to it and try it out.

I tried to update the version(14.0.0), however it keeps giving me the following error message via window pop-up:

"Unable to load update response. Only one top level element is allowed in an XML document"

Please advise.
