Can't get SuperManager to Integrate with QuickBooks

Need some help.  QB Pro 2009 SM Lite
I have been successfully using the programs since January of this year, downloading on a monthly basis with no problems.
I downloaded the orders from Yahoo successfully and when I went to do the XML transfer I got the runtime error.  Downloaded, installed, no help.  Read the previous forums, uninstalled the runtime programs, un installed QB Pro 2009, rebooted, reinstalled QB Pro 2009, reinstalled the runtime programs, both of them, and still got the error.

HELP!!!

Sorry you are having problems.  Can you please tell me what the exact error message is and what version of Windows you are using?

The exact message :

QuickBooks runtime is not properly installed (hr= -2147221005).  Would you like to download the installation file at this time?

I am  that Windows 7 has the same USER Account info that Vista has.  I have attempted to make these changes and I still get the same error message.
