Just a few settings have to be entered into your store settings for SuperManager to interact with Amazon via its new MWS API.  First of all, this integration is only available in version 1.5.0.0 and newer.  If you do not have this version, use the "Help" | "Check for Updates" feature to download and install the latest version.

To get to the necessary settings go to "View" | "Store Settings..." from within SuperManager.  Either choose an existing store that you want to switch to using the API or press the "Add" button to add a new store.

Once you set the store type to "Amazon" a few settings will appear:

MWS Merchant ID and Marketplace
Before downloading orders from Amazon, you will have to allow SuperManager to have access to your store by registering it.  To do this:

1. Go to https://developer.amazonservices.com/
2. Click on the "Sign Up for MWS" button
3. Choose the option "I want to use an application to access my Amazon seller account with MWS." and enter "SuperManager" as the Application name and "1104-6172-4750" as the Application's Developer Account Number, then press "Next"
4. Accept the MWS license agreement and statement of accountability and press "Next"
5. Enter the credentials on the next page into SuperManager's store settings.  You may also want to print them for future reference.

This setting allows you to choose whether you want to download merchant fulfilled orders, Amazon fulfilled orders (FBA) or both.  Choose which you would like SuperManager to retrieve.

MWS Endpoint
In addition to the Merchant ID and Marketplace ID that you obtain from the steps above, SuperManager allows you to enter an MWS endpoint.  For US-based stores this can be left blank.  The following table gives the proper values to use for other countries.  Also note, that in step 1 above you will have to use the link provided specific for that country rather than the link above

Using the Amazon MWS Integration
Once you have set up your store to interact with Amazon you can close the store settings and press "Get New Orders".  If you do not currently have any Amazon orders for this store in your file you will be asked to enter a starting date.  Upon entering the date, SuperManager will download your orders.

Note that because of Amazon's "throttling" limits, downloading a large set of orders may take some time.  If you experience problems with Amazon's server timing out while downloading a large range of orders you may need to break up the order downloads into ranges of approximately 500-1000 orders.

Note: Amazon's API will not export the full information for orders that have been received, but not yet processed by Amazon.  Such orders will appear with an order ID, but no customer information and $0 prices for all items.  When you receive such orders you will have to update the orders until the information is populated and the order is ready to ship.  To do this, right click on the order in the order list and choose "Update from Store Manager".
