We can add a feature in to download an order by number.  That way you can query Amazon directly for those orders and see if it returns them.  Just give me a few days to work out the details.

Rather strange today it downloaded an order that had no addresses or other customer info but listed 3 products without payment.
Checked seller central and the order did not exist.
