Amazon Integration with SM to QuickBooks

Having problems with set up of Amazon orders going into SM. I updated SM, went to Amazon and registered there to allow SM to access my account. Input IDs given to me by Amazon into SM setup. I am unsure what they are asking for in the blank RPI password. When I try to get orders from Amazon it gives me an error message "Server Error 500". Left message for SM. They are not getting back with me. Can anyone help?

The RTI Password is not required for Amazon stores, so you should be okay there.

I responded to your email that paralleled this post asking you to send a screenshot of your store settings so I can verify that your credentials look right and are properly entered.
