Import Formats / Amazon order importing error

I am trying to import amazon orders and getting this error:
request signature is too far in the future, timestamp date: 2018-04-02
any ideas what is going on? It is the 2nd of april

Other Software / dazzle xml file transfer issue

Hey David,
Our computer updated and it somehow changed the XML file path in SM and Dazzle. I did not realize this until trying to send xml file over this morning. When I did, it would not go, so I shut down, restarted and deleted files in the xml folder. I then verifiied the paths matched in SM and dazzle. I am now getting this error:
export failed. The file C:\users/adam c tills/documents/dazzle/sm-dazzle.xml may already be opened by dazzle. First process the previous file with dazzle and then re-export.

So I cannot find this file and dazzle is not importing anything. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Good Day,

Beginning this morning I started receiving the error message:  "Invalid Store ID"   when trying to download Yahoo Store Orders.

I updated to the newest version of SM ( 1.7.4.0 ) , but still receive the errors.

I know that Yahoo announced that they were going to remove some credentials required to access Order Manager, so  maybe that is tied to the error.   Or, something else entirely.

Hi David,

I was wondering if you knew whether an existing solution exists for the following need.

We sell a lot of pre-order products with future release dates.    We use the SM email templates to send out emails to customers who purchase a pre-order item, ensuring that they are aware of the Availability date (using the Product Availability field dynamically within the email template).

As time passes, some of these release dates may change.   We make these changes in our Yahoo Store Product Catalog.    Examples of some changes include an item's release moving further out,  an item moving up its release date, and an item being received within the next week.

We then apprise our customers of these changes once again through the SM Email Template.

The only way I (we) know how to update Product Availability within SuperManager is to Import every single item in our Product Catalog.  (We are close to having 200,000 skus/subskus in our catalog).   This process takes a significant amount of time (today it took nearly 6 hours).     It seems like a waste of of updates when the quantity of changed Availability is probably always < 100 skus.

Is there a different way that we can achieve this update to continue to use our Dynamic SM email template?     

Just brainstorming on my end, but it would be great if there was a way to only pull in Products that meet certain criteria  (e.g.  Items where an order exists, but the item has not shipped).       Or, only pulling in updates for a specific Product Field  (availability).

LMK if you have any ideas on your end!   Or, if something already exists that I am unaware.

Good Day, 

Within the last week I started getting an Error Message when I try to update SM Orders using the "Get Store Manager Order Status" feature.

The error message appears regardless of how many items are within an order.   For example, an order will have 1 item, but the below message still appears:
"Order XXXXX has more items on Yahoo!.  You should first update this order to or from Yahoo! to bring it up to date.  Would you like to skip this order? "

I've tried both clicking "yes" and "no" on several occasions.     Frequently when I choose the "no" option for multiple selected orders, SM will crash.

Please feel free to let me know if you would like additional details.

This error was occurring on an older version of SM, but it is still present when I recently upgraded to 1.7.1.0

Program Setup / SM Error Message with Amazon

We installed a new version of SM over the weekend.  We are now receiving the following error message when trying to import Amazon orders.

" The MWS Developer key and/or Secret have not been set.......  "

I do not believe we had these fields within our previous version of SM.  Any thoughts?      We need to pull in Weekend orders, and would love to resolve this as early as possible.

General / Yahoo! timed out.

I have been unable to sync SuperManager with Yahoo this morning.

I keep getting the "Yahoo! timed out. Please try your request again." error.     

Just finished installing update 1.6.9.0,  but still repeatedly receive this error.

I'll try again in an hour or so, but thought I should post.

General / Export Tracking Numbers to Amazon

Hello,

What is the process for exporting Tracking Numbers from SuperManager to Amazon Seller Central?   Is there an automated method within Supermanager (when the API is enabled)?     Or, is it via a CSV export?

Thanks in advance!    I tried to research, but wasn't seeing specific "how-to" information.

For the last couple of weeks I've had to finesse pulling in Yahoo Orders into SM.  This morning I was unsuccessful to get orders to download.  Below are my processes.


When I click: "Get new orders" -   the system sits on the below message.
(Logging in to "Yahoo Store XXXX" store manager to download orders. )

After a couple minutes I cancel and try again, but to no avail.

When I click on "open store manager", and then select our Yahoo Store, SuperManager successfully logs into our store, but then when I try to get orders I receive the same error message.

Disclaimer:  I am not our main order processor, and just use a version of SM for pulling up / reviewing orders (not the actual processing of orders).  As such, I was still on version 1.6.4

I thought I would try an update to see if that would resolve my issue.   SM indicated that it would try to update me to version 1.6.7.0      but during the update process, I receive an error message: "This installation package could not be opened.  Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package".

Any thoughts?   I'm using Windows Vista.   I use Firefox as my main web browser, but also have Internet Explorer available (and used for logins).

General / Import Yahoo Item field - Availability

Good Day,

Approximately once per month we import our entire Yahoo Product catalog into Supermanager so that we can capture any changes we've made within the Yahoo Store Product Catalog.

Our SM process is:
View >> Products >> "Update Products".

Unfortunately, many products do not have their "Availability" updated during this process  (which is the main field we are try to capture updates for).

Any ideas?  Suggestions?

Hi David,

I opened my SuperManager this morning and attempted to download our Yahoo Store orders.   It appears that SM logged into the store fine, but during the download of the first order I received the error:

"Unknown error has occurred and SuperManager was forced to close.
Current database was saved to...."    and SM closed.

Steps that I have taken, but which haven't fixed this from reoccurring, are:
- Updated SM to the most current version
- Reviewed my Firewall setting to ensure SM was "Allow"

I'm still getting this error each time I open SM and the first Yahoo Order is being downloaded.   (It has occurred 3 times in a row).    The only changes to my PC was a recent Norton Full Scan and defragment.  Plus, I recently rebooted my computer that *may* have installed Microsoft Updates.

Any thoughts?

General / Several Issues

Hi David,

Tried using the Help>>Restart Browser today.    It helped for a bit, but we continued to have issues.

Since these issues seem unrelated to the original error for this thread, please feel free to move this post.

Today we ran into the following errors:
- Couldn't charge cards without multiple "errors".   Running the Help>>Restart Browser   helped, but only for a while.  We would encounter the issue again at a later time.

- While processing Dazzle Orders (prior to XML transmission), SuperManager unexpectedly closed.   (I checked our folders, and no recovered-file was created during this shut down).   Our Order Manager had to reprocess orders up to the point where SM crashed.

- While running our XML transmission with Dazzle, SuperManager shut down again.   When we restarted SuperManager, orders did not have the Dazzled Returned tracking number.   (Although, when we manually tried to force an XML file for 1 order, the Return XML was able to be found / processed by SM).

- While pushing Tracking Numbers to Yahoo! - we received the "Get Document Failed" error.   Even after restarting the Browser, we could not get this to work and had to manually copy / paste Tracking information.

- Risk Management.   On our Order Processor SuperManager - I am unable to get the Risk Tool to retain any risk settings set-up.    I'm working on the same version of SM at home on a different computer (and do not encounter the set-up issues that he has).


Our Business starts to realize increases in Orders starting mid-September through the end of 4th Quarter.   I'm hoping that you might have some time over the next week to  in identify these issues  (I'm not sure if it is just "us" and our existing Set-Up, or if it is tied to the newest BETA).

Let me know if you need anything from me.   And I'll try to get it to you ASAP.

This morning we started receiving an Invalid Store ID message when trying to log into our Yahoo Store.

This is happening on two different SM applications.

When following the stream of the login process, it appears to get to the Yahoo Store Manager main page, but then cannot enter into the Process>>Orders link.

Issue has been ongoing for the last 2 hours.

I'd be interested in having the UserID field  (located within an Order under the "other" tab) -  being a searchable field.

We recently received communication from a 3rd Party Marketplace about one of their users, and they only referenced the UserID.      (1st time we've had to try to find an order with only this info, so it doesn't occur frequently,  but it would be useful in future such cases).

Our company is about to start using UPS Mail Innovations for < 1 pound 1st Class mail shipments.

When mapping our Shipping Methods to this service within SuperManager,   what is the Ship Class that we should be using for Export.    I'm not finding any options that are specific to UPS Mail Innovations (nothing in the UPS options, nor anything in the Endicia/Dazzle options).    Since our XML data would be sent to UPS, I'm  it should be under this shipping method.   (I see a Standard option, but I'm guessing that is not what I want.)

Is UPS Mail Innovations offered?  And if so, how should it be set-up?

General / Risk: Blacklist email

Good Day,

This is my first venture into trying to use the Risk settings within SuperManager.

I've set up a scenario that has a blacklist email address, and I have given it a score of 5.  I've added this email address to the "details" for this rule.

I've also set SuperManager to flag/highlight risk scores > 4.

I keep deleting / re-pulling in an order that has the email address that I have blacklisted...., but I have been unsuccessful getting SM to set the risk score of "5" to that order.  No risk score is being set  (the score has not changed in my Order Details summary view).

Would you have any thoughts / suggestions?    If you need additional information, let me know.

Good Day,

We recently installed version 1.6.1.5

In the past, when we imported "paid" ebay transactions into SuperManager (with the payment details) - SuperManager would import the order and set a "paid" status for the order.

After the new release,  these transactions are no longer being imported/set as "paid".   We now need to highlight all of the imported "paid" transaction and manually set them to a "paid" status.



It would be nice not to execute this extra step.   Or, if SuperManager would be able to determine (based on whether there was a payment method in the import)   if the order status should be set as "paid" or "not paid".

General / Dazzle: Rejecting Addresses

Hi,

We are seeing an increase in the quantity / frequency of rejected Addresses during our export of Addresses from SuperManager to Dazzle.

Per our Order Processor:
"When exporting via xml exchange to dazzle,  I have been getting rejected addresses that will not print labels. Dazzle gets stuck like the address is no good and I need to click cancel in dazzle to get it to do the other labels. Then it will send back via xml that it was rejected, but no reason why.

When I manually copy the address and paste in dazzle, the address almost always prints fine, which means it is the same address I was exporting that it rejected, but now seems to be accepting. It was only happening every once in a while, but is now happening daily and today I had 3 rejected. "

I do have the 3 order numbers from today that he indicated were rejected - but these were able to be manually entered into Dazzle without error.     Any high-level thoughts?   Or, if you need specific details on the addresses, please let me know.

General / Weekly SM crashes

Hi Guys,

Our Order Processor emailed me today that SuperManager keeps crashing on him.  I tried to get specific details, but his response was:

"It happens while processing orders, but it never happens at a similar event."

He then needs to redo everything he's done up until his last save.

Any thoughts/suggestions?    I know this is really vague....    He mentioned it typically happens once per week, when he is in the midst of processing a group of orders (25+).     

If there are additional details / files / etc I can provide you - please let me know.

Hi Guys,

I just recently created a Custom - Order Flag in our SuperManager store settings.

I've added this field to our Orders View.

I was hoping there would be an easy way to either "Search" for Orders containing a specific value for this field, or that it could be a field within SuperFilter to search on.

Any thoughts?  "Order Flag" is currently not a field within SuperFilter (Do I have the ability to add it)?          Or, is there some special value that I can enter into the regular search that will tell Supermanager to only search for "Order Flag"=XXXX
