General / Re: Yahoo! returned an invalid xml file

Pressing ctrl-shift-e didn't pull anything up.  I don't know if the process is aborting before it even attempts to connect through IE.

General / Yahoo! returned an invalid xml file
February 19, 2012, 10:37:10 AM
Ever since Yahoo changed the format of the "orders.xml" file to "OrderList-YYYY-MM-DD-####" I receive the following error when The SuperManager tries to download orders:

"Yahoo! returned an invalid xml file"

I'm running the most recent version of the software.  Is there a known fix for this?

That worked...Thanks!

Printing Reports / Program Freezes When I Try to Print
December 18, 2011, 09:28:50 AM
I recently installed TheSuperManager on a new computer (Windows 7 64-Bit) along with a new printer (Brother HL-2270DW).

TheSuperManager is freezing every time I try to print a report.  The printer seems to be generally working fine with all other programs, so I think the problem has more to do with TheSuperManager than with the printer.

Any suggestions?

I have also been patiently awaiting an XP fix for two months.  If you don't think you will have a fix anytime soon, then please at least let us know so that we can find an alternative solution.

Perfect, that did the trick.  I have no need to keep track of the Variants.

Thanks

No, it doesn't need to be a Service item.  I'm not sure why it was entered that way in the first place, but I don't think there is a way to change the type of an existing Service item in Quickbooks, is there?
#8
XXX is not a real item, just an example.  The item already exists in Quickbooks and is a Service type.

When I try exporting orders to Quickbooks, I receive the following error:

Order XXX: Error adding item 'XXX' subitem 'White': There was an error when storing "XXX:White" in the "item service name" field.  QuickBooks error message:  Names in this list cannot contain .  The colon is a special character used to indicate a parent/child relationship.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Gabriel

Great, that worked!  I'm still having trouble exporting, but at least it was able to connect to Quickbooks.  Enough for tonight...but you'll hear from me again tomorrow  :-)

Thanks

It looks like I had the correct file path entered.  Could something else be causing this error message?

QuickBooks / Integrating with Quickbooks Pro 2008
July 27, 2008, 12:20:16 PM
I'm trying to set up an XML export to Quickbooks Pro 2008, but keep getting the error message:

"Error connecting to Quickbooks: 0x80040408 Could not start Quickbooks."

Do you know what might be causing this problem?
