Title: Failed Charge Notification : Added - version 1.5.1.0

Currently when charging multiple orders you have no way of knowing if one of the orders failed other than waiting for the task bar notification which changes status quickly.  Ideally a failed charge should show in RED so you can go back and see which charges failed.

This feature has been added as a part of the risk scoring that was added in version 1.5.1.0.
