Hi David,

We are simplifying our QuickBooks postings. We have  values that we refer to as Billing Units for each product. Instead of posting individual SKU's to QuickBooks, we have started posting billing unit totals, and I'm hoping we can set up SuperManager to work this way for us.

Is it possible for me to  these Billing Unit values to the products, and then import orders as a conglomeration of Billing Unit counts instead of a conglomeration of SKU counts?

We recently changed our credit card processor on our website from PayPal to NMI. All of the credit card orders coming into SuperManager just have Credit Card as the payment type, rather than the credit card type (Visa, MC, etc). Is this a setting we need to fix in SuperManager, or is it a limitation of our processor?

On/about November 5th, we noticed that the Amazon Payments are not posting to Super Manager. The orders come in, but they are in an Open status. Doing an Update from Store Manager doesn't change anything.

We are running the most current version of SM.

Other Software / Manual import of Amazon orders
December 16, 2016, 01:46:16 PM
Is it possible to download order reports from Amazon and import them into SM? We simply have too many orders at this time of year to download. I tried setting up an import following the Amazon.com Orders import format, but when I try to import the orders, it crashes, saying an unknown order has occurred and SuperManager was forced to close.

I'm getting an Amazon authentication failed error. I've checked my MWS credentials and they appear to be correct. I installed the latest update to SM today. I'm not sure what to do next.

When we open our eBay file, we are getting a Parameter is Incorrect error. Any idea what might be causing this?

I'm seeing duplicate payments posting against FBA orders, and it's preventing me from importing them into QuickBooks. When I look at the transactions on Amazon, it shows 4 separate payments that total the amount of the order. I have a few orders hanging out there like this. Is there a way to fix this automatically, or am I going to have to manually fix these?
