Although we successfully charged some of our orders earlier today, now every attempt results in a Luminate error: "Luminate returned error message 'This operation is not permitted' ". See attached screen shot.
Further to this - I can do an update to the shipment status for my orders, it appears that only the order charge is affected.
Further testing, it is only customers who paid via PayPal that are affected. I can capture funds for Paypal transactions in the Yahoo Store interface.
Do you use PayPal for your merchant account? What do you have defined as your "Make manual transactions through" setting for this store in your store settings?

We do use Paypal as our merchant account. Whatever the problem was, it has been resolved, I can charge orders now.
I still have these issues of not being to change orders in Yahoo, anybody have any other ideas?
Are you using PayPal as your merchant account too? Does it always happen or just intermittently?
