More problems have now surfaced. For some reason the entire record is importing into the Fedex program with the fields scrambled. The weight is not importing at all. The Address Line 1 is is Address Line 2. The zip code is in the phone number field. It is a mess.  When I go into the Fedex Integration Manager all of the fields look like that are mapped correctly to the text file from SM, but they are not importing into Fedex correctly at all.

Help!!!!

Other Software / Exporting order fields to CSV file

I have a drop ship vendor who want's me to send him orders via a CSV file rather than the e-mail PO we are now using.

It seems that this is probably possible in SM, but I am not sure where to begin to build the file.

Can you help?

Unfortunately, SM is still unable to pull credit card batches from Yahoo. I can export them manually into the text file you showed me and then import them into SM, but the program will no longer import when I clickn on "Get Batches". It sends batches fine...

Also, I should mention that this issue is on all 3 files, not just one as I thought before...

I am not sure I understand your question. The credit card batches with the new merchant account that show up in the Yahoo store interface will not upload into SuperManager. What numbers should I be looking for in SM?

We recently split up our single mercahnt account into 3 separate accounts...1 for each of our 3 Yahoo stores. The Yahoo stores are capturing the batches correctly, but I can't import the batches into Super Manager for one of the stores. The other 2 import correctly, but our main store keeps saying there are no new batches...even though I see them in the Store back-end.

Any thoughts on this?

Yes, that fixed the weight problem. Thank you!

Now...I also see that the residential flag is not coming over and the service type is defaulting to Priority Overnight instead of matching up to the order_ship_class value. What do I need to do to fix that?

This morning when I started Fedex ShipManager, a new version downloaded and was installed.

The new version seems to work fine with the SuperManager integration EXCEPT for the weights. The weights are no longer coming over from SM to Fedex. Is there something I need to change to make this work again?
