Yes, the first scenerio is correct. I couldn't changed the default unit because Supermanager crashes when I select "convert existing products". I tried it again and left it for 4 hours and it didn't go back to normal. Is there a fix for this?

Also, we started experiencing random crashes when entering the weight.

The reason we had to change it was because when I enter a weight and click on exchange xml ----> worldship, 5 ounces will calculate to 5 pounds. In another words, Worldship sees 13 ounces as 13 pounds.

When i'm ready to send a package, I click on the order  ---> shipments ----> enter weights. On the shipment details the scale automatically calculates the weight, but it always rounds down. So if the package weighs 2.7 ounces on the scale the shipment detail in Supermanager shows as 2 ounces instead of 3. Therefore, I have to manually set the weight to 3 instead of pushing the "grab" button.

Hope that makes better sense.

Awsome, that worked!

In another note, the program rounds the weight down, which makes it useless. We ship small packages that weighs less than 1 pound. For example: when the package weighs 2.2 ounces it'll automatically round down to 2 ounces. In order to send with the right postage we need to pay for a 3 ounce package.

The error it gives is "Unable to connect to scale: Cannot connect to scale (5). " It happens on every other order.

David,
I was mistaken, it seems to work with every other order. Example: Selected 5 orders, first one works, 2nd becomes unclickable, 3rd works, 4th becomes unclickable. Thought this might help you.

Yup, Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the great service. Just to clear things up.

Which USB scales are compatible with Supermanager?

I upgraded to the latest version (1.2.7.4) and it still has the same problem. After the first one the grab and zero becomes unclickable. I'm using weigh tronix 7010 on port 1.
