We've just noticed a creditcard purchase that looked as though it was charged and batched in supermanager (green check & shows in batch manager).... yet in checking through Yahoo's Batch Manager, we can see it was never really charged, or batched (so we did manual charge)???
Any idea why the discrepancy, and the batch manager in SM isn't quite matching Yahoo's batches entirely (batch #'s mainly, some amounts)?

This is pretty strange. SuperManager literally downloads the batch from Yahoo. It does not create that itself. I can't imagine how something would show up on a batch inside SuperManager that Yahoo isn't confirming. Can you please send us an email with the following pictures:
1. Batch in SuperManager with the transaction circled
2. Batch in Yahoo that is missing this transaction
3. Order details of the order that was supposed to be charged, but was not
