Why are their multiple shipping methods being created for each zip code? Can this be prevented? The only things that really need to be showing are the methods we offer and not a method for each zip code.

This must have something to do with the Americart template you are using. I'll forward this to Americart support for them to comment and report back when I hear something.

We have issued a beta release that adjusts this behavior. Please use "Help", "Check for Updates" to update to beta version 1.5.1.1, which will now trim the zip code out of the ship method.
