Title: Store a customer as a job in QuickBooks
Post by: bcogan6502 on May 08, 2012, 09:50:20 AM
I need to store the customer from my orders as jobs under a customer "Z -Retail Sales".  I tried using "Z -RetailSales:bill_name" but received an error.  Is it possible to store a customer as a job?

bcogan6502,

Currently this is not possible.  SuperManager should be able to use an existing customer set up this way, but there is not a way to have it create customers this way.

Thanks,
David

Do you need to track customers based on store?  If so you could consider appending something to the front of the order numbers. Or if the come from different sources there bight be another option.

Good luck,
