Receiving the following error when trying to import new orders: "Unable to get name and type of total 1 of order 1". No apparent problem logging in. This occurs whether clicking on "Get New Orders" button or specifying orders to get from menu. When specifying orders I have tried various starting order numbers in the range I'm trying to import (thinking there might be some sort of data issue). What's up with this?

I processed my first 20 orders or so last night using SuperManager Lite and had one QB2005 import failure that I was not aware of until I started charging the orders in Yahoo. From what I can tell, it failed because a new Item in the order was not set up in QB as an item. When I manually added the item to QB, I was able to successfully import the order. I am under the impression that SuperManager will automatically add non-existent Items to QB (as either a non-inventory or inventory item, based on my "Program Settings > Export items as inventoried items" setting. Am I missing something?

Also, isn't there anything that tells me whether an order has failed the QB import?

When exporting my ystore orders to QB2005 through SuperManager Lite, the QB sales receipts are defaulting all customers/orders to Taxable. 90% of my orders are actually from non-taxable out-of-state customers, so I'm having to reset the "Customer is Taxable" indicator for the vast majority of the orders. Is there something I can set to import them as NON-taxable, so I then have to manually reset only my relatively few in-state taxable orders?

User Feedback / Re: SUPER MANAGER IS AWESOME

Just want to compliment you on the SuperManager Lite product, and this forum. About a year ago I downloaded the trial version of SuperManager and found it overwhelming for the limited functionality I was interested in at the time (basically just Yahoo export/QB import). It was during a busy time in my business and I was never even able to give it a decent try – not enough time. Later wound up using QDashboard/QIntegrator.

Last Friday I followed Roxanne's YStore forum link to the recent IDNAC Newsletter write-ups about Order Importers/Managers and thought "hey, this looks interesting" and mentally filed it away. Incredibly, on Monday (yesterday) QIntegrator again started acting up (wouldn't open – it was unusable) and, rather than waste anymore time with it, I downloaded SuperManager Lite. It took me about 20-30 minutes to download and set up, but I was soon more-or-less successfully on my way to processing approximately 20 orders. I have a few questions that I'll post elsewhere, but I'm pretty impressed so far.  Great idea to repackage the basics in a more "digestible" format and get us lined up for the future upgrade.
