Title: QB XML Failing after taxed orders : Fixed - beta 1.6.1.8

When we perform the QB XML Export, if there is a Massachusetts (taxed) order in the group, all orders exported after that are not exported. 

If we export that item by itself, there is no issue.  The problem only occurs on those orders after the Mass items.

Simple solution is to simply export these orders separately, but was wondering if something else could be done to remedy this.

To confirm, you are using the method where you specify order_tax_rate as the "Tax Reference Item".  Is that correct?

We've fixed an issue that was leading to this problem.  Please update to version 1.6.1.8 and let us know if it works for you now.
