Title: manual orders 'dissapear' if sale is pressed before saving - Abondoned
Post by: EricCech on December 06, 2007, 08:47:21 AM
Hi,

On a Vista machine, happens consistently: Entering a manual order, then click 'sale' - ENTIRE order dialog goes blank, leaving me to have to ask the customer to repeat everything. If I save, then click 'sale', all is well.

Cheers,
Eric

Eric,

I have tested this and it comes up with a message box stating "This order has changed.  Would you like to save changes?"  As long as I choose "Yes" it doesn't loose all the information.  Does this box not come up for you on Vista?

Thanks,
David

Thanks for the reply. I noticed the box asking to save yesterday, but on another day we'd lost a couple of orders. If it happens again, I'll attempt to pin down the sequence. Thanks.

Eric,

Certainly post back if you find anything.

Thanks,
