When I send an email, I like to view it from a bigger window size. I adjust it how I like it every time. Is there anyway I can adjust it once and it will stay like that next time I open it?

I just updated SM to 1.3.4.3. In the order detail screen, the "create new order that is a copy of a current order is not working". When I click on it, a complete blank order comes up.

I set up the following email template:

"Please write a review

item_description - <a href="http://www.domainname.com/review.html?pr_page_id=item_code&pr_source=email">Write a review</a>

Thank you"

How come when the order has more than one item, the item_descritpion is not generated one line after another? and instead, it creates a whole new duplicated section like the following:

"Please write a review

item_description 1- Write a review

Thank you

Please write a review

item_description 2 - Write a review

Thank you"

Hi Guys,

For those of us who have employees, it would be great if SM require to put in password at the "order detail" screen for the following task:

1. adjust item price
2. apply discount, credit, misc. adjustment, etc

I am trying to "XML exchange" a few orders to QB but keep getting this error message:

Credit item does not exist and an attempt to add it failed: Error adding item 'Credit': There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Deposit To Account""" in the Items.

How do i fix that?

I have already set the "Packing Weight " under the " Order Processing Automation" to 1lb. How come when SM download order, it will automatically switch to downloaded one?

Is there anywhere to somehow ignore the downloaded one and always use the Package weight which I set under "order processing automation"?

I sell physical products, what is the best practice to handle the following transactions in SM so that QB database will be corrected and understandable in terms of good accounting booking?

1. replacement - defective product under warranty, customer send back to old one and we will send out the new one with free shipping

2. exchange - customer didn't like the product, send the product back and exchange for a different model. We need to charge them shipping again.

3. partial exchange - customer didn't like one of the item from an order, send the item back and exchange for a different one. We need to charge them shipping again.

4. full refund - customer return all the items for a full refund minus shipping

5. partial refund - customer return some of the items for refund on only those item.

Before I use SM, I set up UPS Worldship QuantumView so that it will send me email about the status of the package. Now I use SM to XML exchange w/ worldship and worldship stop sending email about shipping status to me. How do I fix that?

Also, how do I NOT import the customer's phone and email when I XML to worldship? I do not want UPS send email to my customer or print their phone on the shipping label.
