When creating Worldship maps, I can map everything correctly, then when I export to worldship and attempt to pull up an order to ship it, Worldship says no data is found. Also, i noticed in the CSV file SM is adding "-1" to all the customer ID's.
Correction...the "-1" has been fixed but Worldship still will not see anything I export to it.

Just to document here and perhaps show one other way to fix this, there are two ways to fix this issue:
- Go to "View", "Program Settings..." and check the option "For orders with one shipment suppress the shipment number"
-or-
- Go to "View", "Program Settings...", switch to the export formats tab, select the UPS Workshop export from the list of exports and change the first variable in the export definition line from shipment_id to order_id.
Either of these approaches should get rid of the -1 after the order id.
