How do I do a batch change to the product file? Currently their are no "Weights" in the product files. Is there a way to update the whole product file with an arbitrary weight (Say 1 oz).

You can do this by going to "View", "Products" and selecting all the products you want to enter a weight for, then on the form underneath the list, change the weight to the desired value and press enter. This will apply the weight to all the selected products.
