Title: X-Cart unable to Get orders

Unable to Get orders from X-Cart

Error if i try to get orders (first - last)
-Unable to retrieve downloaded file (1007)-


Error if i enter order numbers to get
-Orders #### - #### Out of Available Range 1 - 0-

Any help on this would be great, thanks

Uncbuck,

Sorry you are having problems.  I  you have installed the scripts along with your X-cart instance?  Are you running X-cart 4 or 5?

Hi David,

Yes installed both files under Admin folder

Running X-cart 4.4.5

When i hit ctrl+shift+e  it opens my login for x-cart
